Nothing Else Matters LLP ("we," "us," "our," or "ReleAIvance") operates the website https://releaivance.com and provides AI-enabled marketing and Answer Engine Optimization services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our Services.
This policy applies to information collected on our website, through email and electronic communications, when you use our AI marketing services, through our training programs and consulting services, and when you apply for employment with us.
This Privacy Policy complies with: the Information Technology Act, 2000; the IT (SPDI) Rules, 2011; and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
We may collect: contact information (name, email, phone, business name), professional information (company, job title, LinkedIn), business information (website, marketing objectives, tech stack), payment and billing information (for tax compliance), and recruitment information (CV, work history, portfolio).
Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed; usage data including features used, form submissions, email opens; and cookies and tracking technologies.
Financial information, passwords, health conditions (if disclosed), and biometric information (if collected for access control). We obtain explicit consent before collecting SPDI.
We use your information for service delivery (providing AEO and AI marketing services), business operations (payment processing, GST compliance, customer support), marketing communications (with opt-out available at any time), analytics and improvement, legal and compliance purposes, and recruitment.
Under the DPDP Act 2023, we process personal data on the basis of: your explicit consent; contract performance; legitimate business interests; and legal compliance under Indian law.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share with: service providers (cloud hosting, email services, CRM, AI platforms, payment processors, analytics); business partners (with your consent); corporate transaction successors; and when required by law.
Service providers include: AWS/GCP (cloud), Google Workspace (email), HubSpot (CRM), OpenAI/Anthropic/Google (AI platforms), Profound/Scrunch (AEO monitoring), Razorpay/PayU (payments), Google Analytics/Mixpanel (analytics).
Client data: duration of service + 7 years. Marketing data: until opt-out or 3 years of inactivity. Website analytics: 26 months. Job applicant data: 1 year. Payment records: 7 years. GST records: 6 years.
Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have rights to: access your data, correct inaccurate information (within 30 days), erasure (subject to legal obligations), data portability, withdraw consent at any time, opt out of marketing, grievance redressal, and nominate a representative.

We implement: TLS/SSL encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, regular security audits, confidentiality agreements for all staff, and secure disposal procedures. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. These Terms are governed by the laws of India including the Indian Contract Act 1872, the Information Technology Act 2000, the Consumer Protection Act 2019, and the Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008.
AEO — Answer Engine Optimization: optimizing digital content for visibility in AI-powered answer engines. AI Platforms — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, and similar systems. Services — AI Brand Audit, AEO, content marketing, conversational AI, brand reputation management, and AI training/consulting.
ReleAIvance provides professional AI marketing services. Results cannot be guaranteed — AI platforms use proprietary algorithms that change frequently. We use commercially reasonable efforts but outcomes depend on factors beyond our control. No marketing strategy guarantees specific business outcomes.
All Services are provided pursuant to a written Service Agreement specifying scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment terms. Proposals are valid for 30 days. Changes to scope must be documented in writing. You agree to provide timely access to information, designate a primary contact, and comply with all applicable laws.
Fees are specified in each Service Agreement (fixed, monthly retainer, hourly, or performance-based). All fees in INR, exclusive of applicable taxes. Standard payment terms: Net 15 days from invoice. Late payments attract 1.5% per month (18% per annum). For new clients or projects under ₹2,00,000, 50% payment upfront may be required.
Bank transfer/NEFT/RTGS (preferred), UPI (under ₹1,00,000), cheque (over ₹5,00,000), online gateway (Razorpay, PayU). Credit card payments incur a 2% processing fee.
Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where we fail to deliver as specified due to our breach. To request a refund, email billing@releaivance.com.
You retain ownership of Client Data. Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to you. We retain ownership of our methodologies, frameworks, templates, tools, and pre-existing IP. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business use. We reserve the right to list you as a client in our portfolio unless you specify confidentiality in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain confidential information in strict confidence, use it only for the purpose of the engagement, and not disclose to third parties without prior written consent. Confidentiality obligations survive termination and continue for 3 years from the date of disclosure.
We warrant we will perform Services professionally, have the necessary expertise, and comply with applicable laws. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, WE PROVIDE SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We specifically disclaim warranties of fitness, non-infringement, and specific results.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY INDIAN LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 6 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify ReleAIvance from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, or misrepresentation. We agree to indemnify you from claims that custom deliverables created by our employees infringe third-party IP rights in India, subject to notification and cooperation requirements.
Monthly retainers: 30 days' written notice by either party. Fixed projects: cannot be terminated once work commences without a kill fee of 25% of remaining contract value. Immediate termination for cause is permitted for material breach (uncured within 15 days), insolvency, or gross negligence. Outstanding fees survive termination.
You may not use our Services for illegal activities, deceptive content, manipulation of AI systems through black-hat tactics, fake reviews, spam, harmful content, or competitive activities such as reverse-engineering our methodologies.
Governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Gurugram, Haryana. Before formal proceedings, parties agree to negotiate in good faith for 30 days. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Single arbitrator, seat in Gurugram, language in English. Arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
These Terms, together with any Service Agreement and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
